All purchases are final and non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered

Software
Templates
Digital assets
Online resources
Exceptions (if applicable):
Refunds may be considered only if:
The product was not delivered
The product is completely unusable due to a technical issue from our side
2. Services (Development, Marketing, etc.)
a. Cancellation Before Work Starts
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before work begins
b. After Work Has Started
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
If a project is canceled midway:
You will be charged for the work completed till date
Any advance paid may be adjusted against completed work
